The 2024 Brass in the Clouds concert, co-sponsored by Mount Nebo  State Park and the ATU Department of Music, will begin at 6:30  p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 21, at Mount Nebo's Sunset Point. The  public is invited to attend.  For more information, check  arkansastechnews-dot-com.

Bayliss Rural Fire Station will be the location Tuesday,  September 24th for a public hearing on a community development  block grant proposal.  The meeting's goal is to identify,  prioritize and vote on needs in the Bayliss Township coverage  area.  Area residents are urged to attend the 7 p/m event.

Recreation and Parks has set the date for the 2024 Russellville Christmas Parade.  That date is Thursday, December 5 at 6:30pm.  In case of inclement weather, a rain date is set for Monday, December 9 at 6:30pm.  Online registration will be available at a later date.
