Debra Perry & Jaidyn's Call will be ministering in song Sunday evening, April 18th at First Assembly of God in Dover.  Debra Perry-Reed is no stranger to Gospel Music. She was nominated twice for Favorite Soprano by the Singing News while traveling with her award winning family group, The Perrys! Brian Arnold, an evangelist and Branson performer will be preaching and singing on Sunday, April 18th at Welcome Hill Assembly of God Church on Crow Mountain.  A 5 p/m start time is scheduled.  Brother Adam Shaddon invites all to attend.

The congregation of Woodlawn Freewill Baptist Church of Russellville invite everyone to revival services, scheduled April 19th to 22nd at their church at 110 Sequoyah Way, behind the old Big Red Building.  Guest speakers will include Clark Snow, Jeff Henderson and Shane Kasper; and special music featured each night.  Come receive a blessing during four days of revival at Woodlawn Freewill Baptist Church.  Services nightly at 7 p/m.

Dardanelle Chamber of Commerce is getting ready for their 2021 Membership Banquet set for Monday, April 19th at the McGee Community Center.  The annual event is an opportunity for the community to fellowship with some special folks, who have worked over the past year to make the Dardanelle and surrounding area an event better place to live.  Special guest this year is KATV's Todd Yakoubian.  Get further details at the Dardanelle Chamber of Commerce Facebook page.

Get ready for an upcoming benefit car show, raising funds for the Ernie Gray family.  The Tri-County Cruisers invite you to participate in this effort, set for Saturday; April 24th on the Dover square.  Hot Rods, Rat Rods, special interest cars, antique cars all are invited to be a part of the effort that Saturday from 9-till-2 p/m.  Vehicle entry fee is 20-dollars and registration will get underway at 8;30 a/m that morning.  Trophies for a variety of classes, prizes and ways to win BIG will be a part of the fun, with all proceeds to go to Ernie Gray for help with unexpected medical expenses.

Friday, April 23rd... That's the date for the 25th annual Clarksville Junior Auxiliary  "Curbside Chili and Chocolate Cake Supper.  Tickets are 5-dollars each, and this year's drive-through event will be held from 5-to-7 p/m at the Clarksville Middle School cafeteria.

Pope County Master Gardners will be holding their annual plant sale on May 1st at the County Fairgrounds.  Due to Covid concerns the sale will be conducted as a drive-thru event for 2021.  Vegetables and herbs, annual and perennial flowers, trees, shrubs and houseplants will be available.

May annual serves as Police Memorial Month, and the Dardanelle Police Department is finalizing plans for their Thursday, May 13th observance.  That event will get underway at 10 a/m that day, at the Gazebo on Front Street.  Dardanelle Police Chief Wilson Short urges area residents to join the city at Gazebo to honor those who served, and lost their life in the line of duty.

The Yell County Wildlife Federation's 57th annual Quail Banquet and fund raiser has been scheduled for Saturday, May 15th.  A quail, catfish and rib dinner, with all the fixings is planned, with their annual auction, door prizes and fun to be a part of this event.  Tickets will be sold in advance only.  Call 229-4692 for further details.  Funds raised during the event are used annually to support youth education and conservation programs in the valley.

Mt. Nebo will play host in mid-May to an Arkansas Enduro 2021 event.  The May 16th effort will be one of a series of races that include Bentonville, Fayetteville, Ponca and Bella Vista.  Coordinators remind that those interested in participating, need to get their entries in now.  Entries are limited to the first 250 to apply.  Get further details at bikereg.com/mtnebo.
