Giving Tuesday!!! Russellville First is participating in this international day of giving on Tuesday, December 3. All #GivingTuesday dollars will go to benefit Family Ministry. Russellville Christmas Parade is scheduled for Thursday, December 5th, downtown; with a 6:30 p/m start time. Entries are still being taken for the event, and entry fees have been waived again this year.  Entry deadline is December 2nd at 12-noon.

The United women of faith group at First United Methodist Church will host their 10th annual Holiday Tour of Homes from 1 to 3:30 p/m on Sunday, December 8th.  Tickets are 20-dollars each and funds go toward mission projects.  Get further details at the Russellville First United Methodist Church Facebook page.

Float entries continue for the Dardanelle Christmas Parade and will be accepted through December 4th.  This year's parade is set for Friday, December 6th at 6:30 p/m.  Dardanelle Chamber of Commerce will also again this year have their "Make a Difference" canned food drive, as a part of the parade.  Get further details by following the Dardanelle Chamber of Commerce Facebook page.

The Hughes Community Center will be closed Thursday, November 28, Friday, November 29 and Saturday, November 30 for observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

The Pope County Library System will be closed November 28—30 for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

The Arkansas Tech University Office of Alumni  Relations will host an event entitled "Pictures  with Santa and Jerry the Bulldog" from 4-7 p.m.  Friday, Dec. 6.  The event will take place in  the Hull Building Student Union.
