Arkansas River Valley Arts Center is getting ready for a Soup-er Bowl Event.  Saturday, January 31st, enjoy food and fellowship; all benefitting the Arts Center.  Follow their Facebook page for information about how you can enjoy a handmade bowl with some of their great soup, or just a serving of soup, as a part of this event.  Hours for the SOUP-er Bowl will be from 1-to-3 that day at center off B Street.
