Bring your favorite lawn chair, blanket, and a movie snack to Russellville's Depot Park tonight (Fri.) because we'll be watching COCO.  "Movies in the Park" are back!!! You are welcome to come at 8:00 PM to snag your favorite seating spot, and the movie will start as soon as the sun goes down. This event is entirely free to attend, hope to see you at Depot Park tonight!

Arkansas Tech's "Family Day" activities are scheduled for this coming Saturday, September 28th.  Events begin at 2 p/m that day, as family members pick-up their tickets to the Wonder Boys football game that night.  A tailgate meal for family will be served at 3 p/m, and game time with Southern Arkansas is set for 6 pm.

Russellville Chamber of Commerce's October's First Friday Breakfast is set for October 4th.  Guests from Arkansas Nuclear Voice, will share information about their Department of Energy project. Russellville is one of the communities selected for "consent-based siting" for an interim spent nuclear fuel storage facility.  The event is FREE and open to the public, but registration is required.  Call 968-2530 for further details.

Johnson County Health Department has their FREE community flu shot clinic today (Fri.) from 8am - 4pm at the Marvin Vinson Center.  The vacinnes are FREE... But, participants are ask to bring their insurance card, to assist with scheduling.  Those who have no insurance will still receive the flu shot at no charge.

The Conway County Cooperative Extension Service is currently signing up producers for the fall brucellosis vaccination program. Livestock producers who have heifer calves between the ages of four and twelve months are encouraged to have their calves vaccinated for brucellosis.  Sign up deadline of October Seventh.
