Sunday, February 23 is the TRY (Two Rivers Youth) bbq dinner Day at the Plainview VFW! All proceeds go to support local youth sports! Dine in or carry out, sandwich, potato salad, beans, cole slaw, dessert and drink for 10-dollars.  A "Silent Auction" is also planned from 11:00-1:00.

Rover Fire Department has a Sunday, March 9th spaghetti benefit lunch planned that day from noon till 2:30 p/m.  Proceeds from the effort will benefit Jim King, assisting with expenses during his cancer treatments.  Tickets will be 10-dollars per place and to go trays will also be available.
